Return Policy: If ThisChickBakes has erred in some way while processing your order, we will be glad to refill the order.

Prices: All prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of ThisChickBakes.

Shipment Arrival Time: Shipping dates will be impacted by weekends and holidays. Orders are sent via Fed Ex or USPS. Depending on your location, shipping times range from 1 to 10 days. Overnight, 2-Day Express Delivery and Express Saver (3-day) are available for an additional surcharge. If you would like to choose one of these shipping options, please specify your preferred shipping method at time of checkout, and your shipping cost will be adjusted. Unless you provided an specific delivery date in the comments section of your order, and selected the appropriate FedEx Shipping, your order will ship and be subject to normal delivery times. All orders ship in 24 hours from the first Standard Business day after you make your order.  PLEASE ADD 1 BUSINESS DAY TO YOUR DELIVERY TIME FOR BAKING AND PACKAGING.

Shipping Terms: ThisChickBakes is not responsible for any packages it has shipped that cannot be delivered or arrive in poor condition due to 3rd party delivery mis-handling, wrong addresses provided by clients, the recipients not being home to receive the packages, or packages being held in mail rooms and the like at the recipient's address.

Also, unless the client requests a specific delivery date in the order comment field AND purchases appropriate shipping (overnight, 2 day shipping or Express Saver 3-day shipping) ThisChickBakes is not responsible for packages arriving later than requested by the paid carrier.
