Meet Hope Jones
Hope Jones is an accomplished and experienced CEO and founder of This Chick Bakes Bakery Consulting. With decades of experience under her belt, she has made a name for herself in the bakery industry. After graduating from Cornell School of Hotel Administration in 1986, she began her career at Cini-Little International, where she was responsible for designing kitchens, managing marketing strategies, and helping design the cafeterias in the Twin Towers in NYC.
Hope's passion for baking led her to become the proud owner of multiple bakeries in New York City. She owned, ran, and baked in her store-front bakery for 7 years, her online bakery for 15 years, and in her wholesale divisions for over 25 years. Her extensive experience has given her a deep understanding of the industry and the skills necessary to take a bakery to the next level.
In addition to her success in the bakery industry, Hope has also designed food props for popular shows and movies such as Ugly Betty, Gotham, 30 Rock, Saturday Night Live, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Limitless, and Blacklist. Her expertise in the entertainment industry has given her a unique perspective and a keen eye for visual design, which she brings to all her consulting projects.
While Hope is proficient in all aspects of baking, she specializes in cookies, cakes, and cupcakes. She believes that baking should be fun and sweet, and that is what she aims to bring to her clients' bakeries. With her wealth of experience and passion for the industry, Hope can provide valuable insights and strategies to help elevate any bakery to new heights.
